1965: When John left, he was replaced by Les 'Fender' Stankovitch. (right) This was the line-up that turned down the demo to 'Concrete and Clay' Mike Rawlings.. if you ever see this..'We're so sorry!!' .............please get in touch!! |
1965/66; After Les left to tour with 'The Countdowns' (and later) 'The Ways and Means', Gary Cooper took his place. This was to be the final line-up of THE SATANS.1966-67. (After we finished, Ray replaced Les Stankovitch in 'The Ways and Means') .................................. |

As we were then..1964, but this time with our original singer Tommy Savage, back for a 'one off'' 1999 'City youth dance' (edited publicity poster.) |
(Top Left to right): Me, John Copeland, (Middle):Ray Fairbrass and 'Buster' Osmond, (Centre):Tommy Savage, lead singer. Tommy was on holiday the following year (2000) and so unfortunately couldn't make it to The Marlowe Theatre 'reunion' show. John and Buster now play in the popular local 50's / 60's band 'Tried and Tested'. Ray is now living in France with his wife Angie. Tommy (Ron) Savage has his own construction business and lives near Deal. |
