Congrats on a great and informative site. I too was carried along on the late fifties rock 'n' roll wave and influenced by the same

singers/instrumentalists you mention. I just loved James Burton's licks but my 'hero' was (and still is) Duane Eddy. I formed a band

in the sixties and am still rocking at 66 years of age with a new band called Rollercoaster.
