THE VARIATIONS MK II 1976-1977

 

After Apley Rise, I rejoined some of my old mates

to re-form 'The Variations' again.

 
Line up this time was:

(left to right:) Geoff Ball: guitar, Jim Brice: bass,

'Buster' Osmond: drums/vocals, Me: guitar/vocals,

Barry Morgan; keyboards/vocals..

Venues: Dances and Functions.

Music: 60's/rock n'roll/harmony/ballads/country rock/dance music.. 

Sounds Playing:

Recorded at Thanington Barn, Cossington Farm,

in Canterbury, at the Queens 'silver' jubilee

celebration party. 1976.

to give the kids a party and to raise funds for the Kent Fire Brigade.

Jim (left) on bass, was 'leading fireman' at the time.

Jim, Barry and Buster now play in the popular local 50's/60's band 'Tried and tested'. Geoff is retired and his hobby is model aircraft.
